Welcome to Fresh Cleaners. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our cleaning services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Definitions

- Client: The individual or entity utilizing our cleaning services.
- Services: The cleaning services provided by Fresh Cleaners as detailed in our service offerings.
2. Services Provided
Fresh Cleaners offers a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to:
- Residential Cleaning
- Commercial Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and specific client requirements.
3. Booking and Scheduling
Clients can schedule services through our online platform or by contacting our customer service. We strive to accommodate preferred dates and times, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
3.1 Confirmation
Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email detailing the service date, time, and scope. It is the client's responsibility to verify the accuracy of this information.
3.2 Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule their service at least 24 hours in advance without incurring additional fees. Requests made within 24 hours may be subject to availability and possible rescheduling fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due upon completion unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.
4.1 Pricing
Our pricing is based on the type of service, size of the area to be cleaned, and any additional requirements specified by the client. All pricing information is transparently provided before service commencement.
4.2 Late Payments
Late payments may incur a 5% fee of the total service cost per week overdue. Persistent late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel booked services by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 20% of the total service cost.
6. Liability
Fresh Cleaners strives to provide the highest quality services. However, we are not liable for any accidental damage or loss unless caused by gross negligence. Clients are advised to secure valuable items prior to service.
6.1 Insurance
We maintain liability insurance to cover accidental damages incurred during service delivery. In the event of damage, clients should notify us immediately to initiate a claim.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect personal information solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
8. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes arising from our services, we encourage clients to contact us directly to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through mediation in accordance with local laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fresh Cleaners operates. Any legal actions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this area.
10. Amendments to Terms
Fresh Cleaners reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through email or our official communication channels. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
